Der 25-jährige Bruder des Regisseurs ist im Begriff, Meister in einer verkannten und oft verpönten Sportart zu werden: Bodybuilding. Der Regisseur selbst gab seinem Bruder Gary diese Berufung weiter. Nun fühlt er sich schlecht deswegen, da der Sport viele Gefahren birgt. David Nicolas Parel begleitet Gary – sowie vier andere enge Konkurrenten – und enthüllt dabei die Komplexität ihrer Beziehung.
