Only works completed after 1st January 2010 and never previously entered for selection at SICAF can be taken into consideration. Competitions features, short films and TV & Commissioned Films. Total of 38'000'000 KWR (appr. 31'200 CHF) of prizes.. 1) Feature Films: Films produced for the purpose of theatrical release 2) Short Films: Within 30 minutes in length a) Professional Films b) School and Graduation Films 3) TV Films: Films made for the purpose of television broadcast a) TV Series b) TV Specials 4) Commissioned Films: a) Advertising or promotional films b) Educational, scientific, or industrial films c) Video clip (music, game, etc.) 35mm, Betacam SP(NTSC or PAL), Digital Betacam(NTSC or PAL), HD CAM.
