Geboren 1953 in Kanada. Schweizerische, französische und kanadische Staatsbürgerschaft. 1977-79 Kuratorin in der Vancouver Art Gallery. 1986-90 Independent Media Studio in Genf. 1987-90 Verantwortlich für den Medien Workshop, Genf. 1991-96 Gründung und Leitung des Festivals Black Movie in Genf. 1996-2003 Leiterin des Kultur- und Dokumentarfilm-Departments der European Broadcasting Union. 2004 Gründung von Flotow Productions, Genf.
