Swiss Cocktail at the Festival International du Film d’animation Annecy 2009

The annual SWISS FILMS aperitif in Annecy has become a tradition by now. This year, however, it was held as an open-air event at a new location: right next to the Bonlieu Festival Center. In collaboration with the Swiss Group for Animated Film, both the Fantoche and Cinématou Festivals and with support from the Swiss Consulate in Lyon, SWISS FILMS invited professionals from the international animation film industry. Among the many guests and Swiss animation filmmakers in attendance were naturally the four filmmakers whose films were screened in the festival's official sections: Isabelle Favez with "Valise"; Georges Schwizgebel with "Retouches"; Adrian Flückiger with "Signalis"; and Ted Sieger with his TV series "Molly Monster".
