In a country inn, with a 400 year tradition, guests enjoy a remarkable cuisine. However, what happens in the kitchen is even more noteworthy. There, a chef is at work, together with his two brothers, who were both born with the Down syndrome. Together they create culinary delights and live an every-day life which is all but ordinary. With love and commitment the chef and his team meet that challenge. Life in that country inn exemplifies how integration of people with a handicap into a professional environment functions to everybody’s advantage.
