Special programme Bande à Part at the festival Indie Lisboa 2012

The young Swiss cinema had an attractive appearance at the International Independent Film Festival Indie Lisboa. The festival showed 9 feature-length films made by the directors group Band à Part as well as a special programme with films from the ECAL. The Swiss guests were invited to the panel “Lisbon Talks” to discuss their experiences and the influence of their group on filmmaking in Switzerland and internationally.
Following the screening of the Swiss programme’s opening film, “Garçon stupide” by Lionel Baier, the Swiss Embassy in Lisbon, partner of the retrospective, hosted a cocktail.
