A story that has all the ingredients of a thriller, but which is unfortunately all too real. It deals with an event that took place in South Africa at the end of the 1990s. A number of upstanding citizens, both black and white, are trying to find out what has happened to a man who was either a friend, a relation or in some cases just a familiar face: Stanza Bopape. According to the police however this South African student disappeared in the course of a breakout. What's more, they claim he has subsequently been spotted in various places. However, testifying before the “Truth and Reconciliation Commission”, the police officers involved in the case make some astounding and rather shocking revelations.
