For Lisa, Pierre and Stefanie, the expression: Dog is a man's best friend, is more than just a saying: It is a living reality. As a result of illness or disability the three people are severly restricted in their everyday lives and reliant on help. This support is provided to them by a dog that is with them night and day, and immediateley reponds when help is needed. What a great support such a helper-dog can be. And just how deep and close the relationship between dog and master, or mistress can become, is shown in this documentary.
