They are eager to make it big by writing a script for a Hollywood blockbuster. But life in Los Angeles for the two Swiss expatriates is turned upside down one day when it’s not the screenplay contract they discover at their door, but rather a dead body. Thoroughly occupied with gaining a foothold in Hollywood, however, this corpse comes at a very inopportune moment: the actors are narcissistic, the director impassive and the film shooting full of mishaps. More remarkable is how naturally the corpse leads a second life.
