The 14 teenagers attending a one-year vocational preparation class in Zurich come from many different countries. They have not been able to secure an apprenticeship position yet. All of them try to cope with individual stumbling blocks and the expectations of the working world. Upon completion of the one-year class, only a few have an apprenticeship. But all of them have found a further solution.
