The documentary trilogy follows the lives of six general practitioners, four men and two women. In a town, in the country, and in a mountain valley this trilogy penetrates the heart of their work. In total confidence with the film director, having herself been a GP for 20 years, the exponents tell of the serious crisis the profession is going through. This film is the story of a young woman completing her post-graduate training for becoming a family doctor and of an old experienced city doctor, giving us insight into their daily work.
