The documentary trilogy follows the lives of six general practitioners, four men and two women. In a town, in the country, and in a mountain valley this trilogy penetrates the heart of their work. In total confidence with the film director, having herself been a GP for 20 years, the exponents tell of the serious crisis the profession is going through. This film tells us of life in a mountain-village practice. A couple, both doctors, together ensure the medical care in the Val d’Anniviers.
