On March 11, 2011, a powerful tsunami hit the coast and a nuclear plant in Fukushima Prefecture. Many people died and thousands had to flee the region. However, one man decided to stay in the red zone and defy radioactivity. Silently, with wind as the only soundtrack to his days, Naoto Matsumura continues to take care of his land and feed his cattle. His presence itself becomes an obstacle to the government's strategy of slowly forgetting about the incident. Naoto stays in this area as a protector of the past and as a reminder that humanity needs to change.
