Mbabazi is struggling to make a film about a character called Colonel who spends his nights in bars of Paquis-Geneva, telling stories of his glorious past in the decolonisation of Africa as a fighter alongside Samora Machel, Amilcar Cabral and Che. When the filmmaker meets some non-actors, They inhabit the character and make him come to life.
