Cédric, a farmer with his feet planted firmly on the ground, decides to radically change his life - at the risk of losing the means of supporting his family. He lives the courage of his convictions on a daily basis, but his open-mindedness to trying surprising intuitive methods that are at odds with conventional agricultural practices marginalises him from his village and his closest circle. His small story is engulfed in a larger one: that of the brutal reality of the food-processing industry, which puts farmers under enormous pressure.
