Rue de Blamage is a noisy road on the outskirts of Lucerne. Those residing along this road are not the limelight of society. A drug-addicted street musician attempts to get a grip on his life as a father. A Syrian refugee worries about her daughter. A brother owner is fed up with listening to the same stories every night. With binoculars and camera, an artist plagued by the noise documents everyday events occurring in front of his studio window. And Heinz, the retired street cleaner, gives him the inspiration for his latest work.
