Young Pierre lives with his mother. They are wealthy, and lead a carefree life. Every morning Pierre goes to visit his fiancé, Lucie. They are in love. One night however a creature of a funereal beauty appears.“Pierre, you are not your father’s only child. I am Isabelle, your sister”, she murmurs, adding “I ask nothing. Only that you believe me.” And he does. Brutally interrupting the life he has led until now, he departs with Isabelle for Paris. There, in her company and through her eyes, he discovers a world of lies, ambiguities and deceptions…
