What at first glance seems uncomplicated, on further examination reveals itself to be highly complex. This Swiss artist makes simple principles into a high form of art – the art of the ascetic. After Frankfurt and Mannheim, Berlin has now become the showcase of Dudler’s work. The thriving new metropolis growing out of the old Berlin is a perfect backdrop to this restful architecture, itself inspired by the many faces of such a city. A film about the fascinating process, how architecture is created.
