Edna Politi
Biography
Born in Saïda (Lebanon), Edna Politi has lived un Beirut,
Jerusalem, Berlin, Paris and Geneva. After completing a BA in Art History and Middle-East History at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and working as a film editor, she studied film direction at the Deutsche Film und Fernsehakademie in Berlin. Since 1979, she has worked principally as an independant film author/director. In 1991 she founded Contrechamps Productions.
