Artist Heinrich Gartentor from Thun was democratically elected as Switzerland’s first culture minister on the Internet in 2005. The film looks over Heinrich Gartentor’s shoulder at his interlocutors, attempting to draw nearer to the part of Switzerland which oscillates between dignity and roguishness – perhaps even more typical than the Matterhorn.
