In July 2007, eight-year-old Michelle was kidnapped and murdered. She is one of thousands of victims of crime in Guatemala. A documentary film about crime as a business; a business from which tabloid photographer, Carlos, earns his living. And it is about victims who become offenders like Selvin, who at the age of 12 becomes involved with a criminal gang.
