A 40-year old man wakes up alone in his apartment. He discovers a black creature on the edge of his bed. From this moment on, the creature never leaves his side. Its presence annoys the man more and more until he can no longer bear it and sends the creature out of his apartment. Not long after, the man realizes that he actually misses the black creature. He rediscovers it in the hallway and lets it back into his apartment.
