Beat Häner
Biography
Born in 1963 in Basel. Studied grafic design at the Schule für Gestaltung Basel. 1984-86 Manages Studio-Kino Sputnik in Liestal. 1986-89 Studies video art at the HSfG (Hochschule für Gestaltung Basel). 1989 Cofounding of the artist collective VIA. Since 1996 Editor and producer at German Swiss Broadcasting Service (SF). Since 2003 independent director of reportages and documentaries, mainly for SF.
