06.12.2005

An extensive tour with over 20 invitations took the film “Absolut” from festivals in Locarno to Bangkok, Rotterdam, and Shanghai, to Sidney, London, Sao Paolo, and Mar del Plata, and to the Max Ophuels Prize in Saarbrücken. Starting December 8th, 2005, the film by Romed Wyder – who resides in the French part of Switzerland – will be released in German movie theatres under the title “Lücke im System” (Gap in the system).
Distributed with 16 copies, the film not only crosses borders of countries but also those of language, similar to Wyder’s first time feature “No Coffee, No TV, No Sex”.
