“All Winter without Fire” receives two awards at Venice Film Festival

The quality of the Swiss film “Tout un hiver sans feu”/”All Winter without Fire” by Greg Zglinksi (CAB Production, Lausanne) was acknowledged twice at the 61st Mostra internazionale d’arte cinematografica, the Venice Film Festival. The film, shown in the international competition, received the prize for Best First Feature bestowed by the international youth jury as part of the CinemAvventura Awards. In addition, the Catholic jury awarded the film with the SIGNIS prize for Best Film.
“All Winter without Fire” is Greg Zlinski’s feature film debut, presenting Aurélien Recoing, Marie Matheron, and Gabriela Muskala in the main acting roles. Director Zlinski was born in Poland and grew up in Wettingen (Aargau). The drama, which was shot in the Swiss Jura region, will have its theatrical release in Switzerland in the beginning of 2005 (Distribution: Filmcoopi).
