Swiss cinematographer awarded in Valencia

At the 20th edition of the Festival Cinema Jove in Valencia, (Spain), which took place from June 18-25, 2005, cinematographer Stéphane Kuthy received an honorable mention by the International Jury for his work on the film “North Wind.” Together with the film’s director, Bettina Oberli, he attended the festival. In addition, the short film “Hi Maya” by Claudia Lorenz, which has already won several awards, was shown in the festival’s competition section.
Stéphane Kuthy, who recently worked on the feature film “Jeune Homme” (Young guy) by Christoph Schaub and television movie “Steinschlag” (Rock slide) by Judith Kennel, will be the cameraperson for “Die Herbstzeitlosen” (Autumn crocus), the first television film by Bettina Oberli.
