The short film “Down this Road” by Vinz Feller was honoured with the Stellar Award for Best Fiction at the 30th Black Maria Film Festival in New Jersey (USA) on February 4, 2011. The short film participated in competition and was commended because, independent of its current story, it is very reminiscent of Truffaut’s narrative style.
In "Down this Road" the 12-year-old Rodney journey throughout New York. attempting to reclaim the love of his wayward father. The short film celebrated its premiere at the 46th Solothurn Film Festival. For the next six months, the film will tour the USA with a selection of other short films, with more than 70 screenings in the cinema.
