Born in 1963 in Basel, Switzerland. 1980 Studies Physics, Philosophy and Psychology in Zurich and Freiburg. 1984 Attends the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, film department. 1986 Attends seminars in scriptwriting and directing. 1987 Directing internship in Hungary. 1993 Attends acting classes in Paris.
