La jeune Anna, 16 ans, est une enfant des rues de Duisburg. Lorsque sa meilleure amie est assassinée, Anna se laisse convaincre par une thérapeute de l’accompagner dans un camp éducatif, dans les montagnes valaisannes. Elle y fait la connaissance de Magenta, une fille courageuse et agressive. Loin de soupçonner qu’elle est la meurtrière de son amie, Anna se lie d’amitié avec elle. Lorsqu’elle découvre la vérité, les jeunes filles se livrent, dans le dos des animatrices, une lutte impitoyable pour la survie.
