Né au Kosovo, ex-Yougoslavie. Émigre en Suisse, à Neuchâtel en 1993. Réfugié politique et apatride jusqu’à l’obtention des nationalités suisse et kosovare en 2005. Après un master en science politique et histoire à Londres, il étudie le cinéma et diplôme en 2016 avec son film LOST EXILE, présenté en première mondiale au Festival du Film de Locarno où il remporte un prix. En 2017, il fonde Visceral Films et écrit et réalise quatre films entre 2017 et 2020, dont trois sont présentés à des festivals internationaux. Il travaille actuellement sur des projets en Suisse, au Kosovo et au Canada.
