To be admitted in the international competition, the film must not exceed 35 minutes and have premiered after June of the previous year. Standard screening format is 35 mm film, DV/DV Cam PAL, DigiBeta/Beta SP PAL, HD from harddisk. Awards: THE GOLDEN CHAIR for best international short film (50'000 NOK - 8'000 CHF) and Nomination to European Film Academy Short Film Award. The pre-selection committee will be present at Odense Film Festival, Uppsala International Short Film Festival, IDFA, Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, Berlinale and Tampere International Short Film Festival.
