ciné-portraits |
SWISS FILMS publishes monographs which present the biography and works of individual film directors. Our editorial department can commission journalists specializing in film to write the texts. This form of documentation is designed as printed matter and can be downloaded free of charge from the SWISS FILMS Website, thus enabling festival or event organisers, filmmakers and all interested parties access at all times.
The production of a cinematic portrait involves a processing time of several months. It is prepared in conjunction with an homage to a filmmaker and made available in the language required for the specific event. Three to four cinematic portraits are published per year; the existing monographs are continually updated.
