Nathan wurde eine paranoide Schizophrenie diagnostiziert. Es geht ihm jetzt schon viel beser. Er filmt sich selbst, seine Bekanntschaften im Krankenhaus, seinen bipolaren besten Freund, seinen Vater, seine Schwester, seine Mutter und seine Liebe zwischen 2011 und 2018. Für ihn ist jeder ein «Loulou», auf seine Weise. Ihnen ist es zu verdanken, dass er endlich anfängt, ein Mensch statt ein Verrückter zu werden.
