Damiano D'Innocenzo
Screenwriter, Director
Born in 1988 in Rome, Italy. Fabio and Damiano D'Innocenzo were born into a family of fishermen. They grew up on the outskirts of Rome, devoting themselves to painting, photography and poetry. Self-taught, they started making video clips, television and film productions. In 2018, they released their first feature film LA TERRA DELL'ABBASTANZA, which was presented at the 68th Berlinale in the Panorama section. For the same film they were awarded Italy's Silver Ribbon 2018 in the Best New Director section.
