Geboren in der Schweiz. Studierte Kunst in Lausanne und Zürich. Umzug in die USA. 1998 Master of Fine Arts von Claremont Graduate University in Kalifornien. Studierte Dokumentarfilm an der Universität von Kalifornien. Arbeitet als Dokumentarfilmemacherin und Multimedia Künstlerin. Weltweite Ausstellungen ihrer Fotografien und experimentelle Installationen. Arbeitet auch als Lehrperson für Fotografie und Fotojournalismus.
