Sara Giancane
Costume Designer, Production Designer
Sara Giancane, born 1971 in Zurich, works as a freelance stage and costume designer for theater and film, among others with Barbara Weber, Rafael Sanchez, Meret Matter, Barbara Tepoorten and Fabienne Hadorn. Her work has taken her to numerous theaters in Germany and Switzerland, including the Schauspielhaus Köln, the Münchner Kammerspiele and the Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin. In 2009, her stage design for Barbara Weber's production of Tolstoy's 'Anna Karenina' was nominated for Stage Design of the Year in the Theater heute poll.
