Within the Festival Beyrouth Livres 2025, Swiss Films has the opportunity, in collaboration with the Metropolis Cinema and the Embassy of Switzerland in Lebanon, to screen two features films by Eileen Hofer (HORIZONTES, 2015) and Claude Baechtold (RIVERBOOM, 2024), both dealing with the topic of Resilience. Serge Michel, Executive Editor at heidi.news, who plays an important part in Claude Beachtold's Film and Eileen Hofer, also journalist for heidi.news will both be present to introduce the films and participate in talks.
