Kasia est en visite chez ses grands-parents. Le dîner d'anniversaire de son grand-père est déjà servi. La grand-mère, le grand-père et la petite-fille sont assis à la table. La table est mise pour quatre personnes. Le grand-père ne veut pas commencer à manger, il attend sa fille Anna. Mais Kasia sait qu'Anna ne viendra pas. Sa patience est à bout.
