Dies ist die Geschichte meiner Begegnung mit dem 45-jährigen Roma Cici auf den Strassen von Lausanne, und des Zufalls, der mich in sein Dorf in Rumänien führte. Es ist auch die absurde Geschichte seines Antrags auf eine Bewilligung als Strassenkünstler, um mit seiner Marionette «Capra» Geld verdienen zu können. Vor allem aber ist es ein intimes Porträt, das im Lauf unserer Beziehung zwischen Rumänien und der Schweiz entstand.
