François Kohler

Born in Couvet, Switzerland. 1981 Law degree from University of Neuchâtel. Attended the INSAS (Institut National Supérieur des Arts du Spectacle et Techniques de Diffusion) in Brussels. Works as screenwriter and director. Kohler has directed films for both cinema and television. Among them LE SOUFFLE DU DESERT (2005) and CHER MONSIEUR, CHER PAPA (2008), which celebrated their world premiere in the international competition at Visions du Réel in Nyon.
