Star chef Christophe Ziegert is the founder and owner of the famous “Auberge de Bugneau” in Canton Vaud, Switzerland. “Le cuisiner de l’inattendu” introduces the great chef’s amazing and rather complex philosophy. By no means a cookery course, the film journeys into the world of taste with humour and inspiration and captures Ziegert at work, giving his all in the kitchens and to his eleven staff.
