Every year in Switzerland several documentary films are produced on the subject of dying. Most of them highly emotional films, they are well received by the public and often showered with awards at festivals. For this reason the young filmmakers, Simon Baumann and Andreas Pfiffner, see their chance to win great acclaim with a subtle short documentary on the theme of dying. With great enthusiasm they rush into their project and, at the same time, end up placing themselves under enormous pressure to succeed.
