Four Swiss short film productions will be screened in the international competition of the 25th Odense International Film Festival in the Danish city of Odense (August 23-28, 2010). They will be in the running with more than 80 short films from all over the world for the International Grand Prix, endowed with EUR 3,500.

The eight-to-fifteen-minute Swiss film productions include: the postwar drama "Die Flucht" by Rajko Jazbec; the documentary parody "Emozioniere" by Simon Baumann and Andreas Pfiffner; the coming-of-age film "Frühlingserwachen" by Lisa Ivana Brühlmann; and the animation film "Le petit dragon" by Français Bruno Collet, a coproduction about the resurrection of Bruce Lee.

Film director Lisa Ivana Brühlmann and director/producer Rajko Jazbec (Goldbadger Productions, Jona), who produced "Die Flucht" and "Frühlingserwachen", will present their films personally in Denmark, thanks to the support from SWISS FILMS, the film promotion agency. The Odense International Film Festival was founded in 1975; admission to all screenings is free of charge.
