Elephant Village rocks in splashes of color and Asian pop music. The doctors examine their two ton patient, Anno. Anno has diarrhea and a temperature from a main fever which risks to host others. Illustrated elephant books rate her situation as precarious but not hopeless. Nearly 100 elephants are under their care. The owners insure one anothers' elephants. With lots of money at stake, caretakers and owners also making decisions, and 10'000 ayurvedic medicines in use for elephants, drama abounds.
