Born in 1959 in Lichtenfels, Germany. Studies at the University of Kassel include visual arts, history of art, philosophy, and law. 1986 MA in Visual Arts from the University of Kassel. Studied classical singing at the Kassel Music School and the Metropolitan Opera in New York. 1995 Publishes a book. Works as independent filmmaker.
