A film crew accompanied the BSC Young Boys football team from Bern for an entire year, resulting in a film that portrays the football club and its players from unusual perspectives, revealing a side of the team that has remained largely unknown until now. The two film directors were granted unlimited access, with no taboos. The film imparts surprising information behind the scenes of this traditional club: during training, in the locker room and the trainer’s office, at the club’s executive level and also out on the football pitch. Rarely, if ever, have the mental processes of a football club and its trainer been portrayed in such an authentic, direct and unadorned manner.
