Two women and two men meet and talk, even though they have doubts about the usefulness of such dialogue. In particular they wonder aloud about the fundamental questions that have as their theme love and happiness. Can a loving relationship co-exist with wisdom and intelligence? Can it survive fear and fatigue? With much humour, seriousness and enjoyment, these two men and women, well aware of what is at stake, together try to find the way forward.
