After 50 years of living on the alp as a herdsman, Bernard Bovet discovers his passion for film. Armed with the precision of his observation skills and a Super-8 camera, he films the village of La Gruyère and its inhabitants. A film about the passing of time; back to the roots and to the foundation of farming traditions that are disappearing. A nostalgic look at the relicts of this world, with their values and wisdom.
