A camera in the middle of the access road in an underground car park scans everything in front of it. This very partial view of what is going on is an inadequate reflection of actions and transformations taking place off screen. As different time sequences merge, the people on film seem caught up in a circuitous destiny. The circuit is distorted by various elements introduced by the narration.
