Cesare Ferronato is a Swiss sculptor of Italian descent. We accompany him in his studio at Hönggerberg near Zurich as well as in Italy, at several significant locations for him. Life and work are in total unison for Cesare Ferronato. As we watch how the sculptor deals with the stone observantly and heedfully, we hear the voice of this eighty-year-old artist, who offers his personal account of his life and work.
